Head of Marketing

Role Overview
As Head of Marketing at TACORI, you will define and execute a dynamic strategy to elevate the brand's presence in the luxury jewelry market. Partnering with the executive team, you will lead innovative marketing campaigns that captivate high-end customers, drive sustained growth, and uphold TACORI's reputation for excellence. This role requires a visionary leader to craft a compelling narrative and deliver impactful results through strategic marketing, PR, digital innovation, and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and implement TACORI’s marketing strategy in partnership with the CEO. Stay ahead of market trends, leverage data insights, and ensure marketing efforts align with Tacori's luxury positioning and growth objectives.
  • PR & Communications:
    Cultivate relationships with influencers, media, and partners to amplify brand visibility. Create exclusive events, manage PR campaigns, and oversee all customer-facing communication.
  • Digital Innovation:
    Lead digital marketing campaigns across web, social, and email channels, leveraging analytics to optimize performance. Drive SEO efforts and manage TACORI’s online presence to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Creative Direction:
    Oversee the creation of visually stunning marketing materials and innovative storytelling to resonate with high-net-worth clientele. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Team & Collaboration:
    Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster collaboration across departments to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.

  • Experience:
    Proven success in B2C luxury marketing, with expertise in managing large teams and budgets. International experience and a track record of driving revenue growth and innovation are highly desirable.
