BANQUET SERVER at CRYSTAL TREE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB – Orland Park, Illinois

We are seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service for our guests at weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings. This role requires excellent customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings, buffet stations, and decorations.
  
• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt and attentive service.
  
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event, including clearing tables and replenishing food or drink stations.
  
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  
• Assist with post-event breakdown, including packing up linens, stacking chairs, and resetting the space as needed.
  
• Work collaboratively with the banquet team, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution.
  
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
  

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required.
  
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  
• Must be at least 16 and have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., food handler’s permit, alcohol service certification).
