About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Apprentice in Milwaukee. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Hours: 1st shift

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist electricians with the installation maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Learn and follow electrical codes, safety guidelines, and best practices.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics under supervision.
• Identify and report any issues or hazards on job sites.
• Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues.
• Maintain a professional attitude and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or electrical work is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and materials is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make independent decisions.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with smartphones (email, texts, work order systems).
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and work within tight spaces
