Job Description
Position Summary
The Sr Process Analyst will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Audits: Interrogate existing processes and performance.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement streamlined, scalable solutions.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of process changes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics and reporting systems to monitor process performance and impact on organizational goals.
- Change Management: Support change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new processes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience in telecommunications
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
