We are currently seeking a full time Inventory Purchaser to join us at our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA. Position Details:

The Inventory Purchaser position is responsible for focusing on analyzing inventory trend and using this knowledge to maintain optimal stock levels for our Distribution Center.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Regularly update and maintain monthly reporting for the Distribution Center, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Conduct weekly analysis of current inventory levels at the Distribution Centers, providing timely insights for efficient stock management.
  • Skillfully negotiate pricing agreements with our international vendors, optimizing procurement costs.
  • Provide valuable assistance to the inventory department as required, contributing to smooth inventory operations.
  • Thoroughly file purchase orders, invoices, and bill of ladings, ensuring organized and accessible documentation.
  • Establish effective communication channels with employees at the Distribution Centers, fostering collaborative and efficient operations.
