Role Purpose Ensures the accuracy and efficiency of daily cash application activities. This role will involve supervising, coaching, and reviewing the work and performance team members. Role will also focus on managing escalations, handle complex reconciliations, and drive process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and approve activities performed by the team to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.

· Oversee the daily cash application process (including write-offs and adjustments), ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments and write-offs/adjustments.

· Supervise the reconciliation with bank statements, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

· Act as the first point of escalation for the team, handling complex issues and ensuring efficient problem resolution. Coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and lead initiatives to enhance team efficiency and accuracy.

· Prepare and present regular reports on cash application activities, team performance, and key metrics to the leadership.

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team to drive high performance in the function.
