Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to recognize safety concerns
• Ability to utilize the proper inspection equipment per designated area
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts and surface finish according to customer specifications
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment
• Ability to take part in additional training or education as needed
• Ability to perform and assist with preventive maintenance
• Ability to properly identify materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team Player
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with a good understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Ability to effectively work under loose supervision
• Ability to operate hand tools and various machines within the facility

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Associates Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understands efficiency, quality, and production optimization.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Oral and written communications skills.
• Develops self and others. Participates in company sponsored developmental training.

Physical Demands: Medium – Participates in production line activities. Walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting. Lifts 10-50 lbs frequently.
