Join Our Team as a Mfg. Support / Shipping & Receiving - Material Handler
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM).
Training: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM) for approximately 30 to 90 days.

New Start Pay:
- $21.00/hour + $0.40 schedule premium$21.50/hour at 90 days + $0.40 schedule premium$22.00/hour at 1 year + $0.40 schedule premium
Main Responsibilities:
- Material Handling & Production SupportAluminum Furnace OperationBell Furnace Setup & OperationShipping & ReceivingProduct Inspection & Quality ControlSafety & Compliance
Shipping:
Perform various duties related to receiving materials and supplies, packaging products, and loading finished products onto commercial trucks for shipment.
Material Handler:
Ensure material flow through the plant by moving the completed product to the next operation. Set up and operate aluminum furnaces to anneal aluminum and aluminum alloys to a soft temper. Set up and operate bell furnaces to anneal copper and copper base alloys to a soft temper in the absence of the Annealing Operator.
Additional Responsabilities:
Assist in cycle counting inventory using an RF Gun.Operate powered production equipment and scales.Follow any other job-related instructions as requested by management.Step in for the Annealing Operator when needed.Adjust to equipment modifications for continuous improvement.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Vet/Disability Employer

Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Shipping and Receiving/Material Handler: 2 years (Required).Forklift CertificationReading and comprehension skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; ability to read and interpret process sheets and other production documentsAbility to adjust to changes in equipment/tools and modifications to existing equipment for the purposes of continuous improvement Ability to operate powered production equipmentAbility to operate the scale computerAbility to follow safe work practices in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- Preference for candidates demonstrating recent, consistent work history.Preference for candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth in a manufacturing setting.
