Job Description
SENIOR TECH ANALYST
Status: Full-Time
Classification: Exempt
Salary: $100K to $150K + Annual Bonus
Reports To: Company Co-Founders
Location: Potomac, MD with regular travel to Miami, FL
WHO WE ARE
Parakeet Communities is a rapidly expanding real estate investment company specializing in Manufactured Housing Communities and RV Resorts across the United States. We acquire, improve, and operate communities that provide attainable housing solutions while delivering exceptional experiences for residents and investors alike. Our mission is to cultivate communities that people are proud to call home.
We are a small, fast-moving team that has aggressively adopted AI across acquisitions, asset management, operations, and reporting. We are now building proprietary tools and internal software, and we are seeking the right person to own that frontier! If you have a “Yes” attitude, thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, and want a sense of purpose beyond your next paycheck, we encourage you to apply and “join the Flock!”
ROLE
This is not a departmental position. You will not have a fixed queue of discrete tasks. You will operate as your own division, reporting directly to the Co-Founders, and act as the connective tissue between deep AI/ Engineering capability and the people who run the business.
The core problem you solve: Our Leadership team has a deep understanding of the business and is rapidly embracing AI, but we are only leveraging a fraction of its full potential. We’re developing AI-driven tools and systems at a pace that outstrips our ability standardize, optimize, and scale them effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with Founders and Department Heads to turn business priorities into practical tools and software.
• Attend and contribute to EOS and Leadership calls as a junior member of the Executive Team.
• Audit and harden what we build: identify fragile code, hidden dependencies, and the kind of "Frankenstein" risk that breaks silently and is hard to fix later. Make our AI-built systems auditable and trustworthy!
AI Systems and Workflow Optimization
• Improve the team’s use of AI tools, including Claude, Claude Code, agents, and supporting infrastructure, to increase employee productivity and output.
• Scale agentic AI workflows across the business.
• Scale and build out Agentic AI workflows across the business.
• Bring outsourced projects, such as websites, in-house when practical.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–5 years of experience, flexible for the right person.
• Software engineering / coding background. You understand code at a real, structural level — not just prompting.
• Hands-on experience scaling and building out agentic AI workflows.
• Startup or fast-paced, real-world business experience.
• A normal, plugged-in human who can learn a business quickly and work directly with non-technical senior leaders.
• Comfortable being handed a direction rather than a spec, and turning it into something real.
• Willing to travel to Miami regularly.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Competitive Salary & Annual Bonus
• Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits for Employee (Medical, Dental, Vision).
• 401(K) + Match
• 120 Hours of PTO; one week carryover
• Opportunities for career development
