The Finance Case Operations Assistant supports billing and commercial operations by performing case setup, data maintenance, inbox triage, and related administrative & system tasks with accuracy and timeliness. This role partners with Billing, Commercial, and Technology stakeholders to help maintain case, client, vendor, and payor data, support reporting and recurring operational cycles, and ensure requests are completed in accordance with established procedures, service levels, and quality standards. The Assistant escalates issues as needed and contributes to a consistent, client-focused operating model.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily case operations work across case setup, reporting support, data maintenance, and shared inbox coverage, while meeting service-level expectations and accuracy standards.
- Monitor the shared inbox and intake queue, route requests appropriately, follow established triage procedures, and communicate status updates to requestors.
- Complete case setup and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly in alignment with engagement terms, billing guidelines, and documented procedures.
- Support engagement letter review follow-ups and help ensure required data is captured for downstream billing and reporting.
- Assist Billing and Commercial teams with contract pricing, exception rate setups, billing instruction maintenance, and client, vendor, and payor record setup while following established controls.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required, with preference for finance, accounting, business, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, billing operations, professional services operations, or a related administrative support role preferred.
- Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, required.
- Enterprise systems experience is a plus (e.g., Elite 3E, Aderant, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and effectively listens to and clarifies requests.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow established procedures while exercising good judgment.
- Works effectively with others, manages competing priorities, and meets recurring deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
