Job Summary

Vets Choice Radiology is looking for a resourceful Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as the operational engine behind our go-to-market efforts. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can build scalable processes from the ground up. You will serve as the connective tissue between sales and marketing — translating the company’s sales strategy into coordinated campaigns executed consistently across the sales and marketing teams. You will work fluently in Salesforce, partner with marketing to ensure email campaigns are executed on time and aligned to sales priorities, and equip our sales team with the tools, training, and resources that drive consistent, scalable growth. If you are energized by wearing multiple hats and making a direct, measurable impact, this role is for you.

Essential Job Functions

Salesforce & CRM Operations

  • Build and manage email templates, sales cadences, and productivity tools within Salesforce to support repeatable, consistent outreach
  • Leverage Salesforce to execute campaigns and ensure every touchpoint is tracked and measurable

Marketing Operations

  • Partner with marketing to execute email marketing campaigns from strategy through deployment, tracking, and performance analysis
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and ensure seamless, clean data flow between marketing tools and Salesforce
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve open rates, engagement, and lead conversion
  • Support demand generation by managing lead routing, list segmentation, and campaign operations to ensure leads are tracked and followed up on efficiently
  • Document campaign processes and establish best practices for setup, reporting consistency, and data quality
  • Monitor deliverability metrics (bounce rates, spam scores, domain health) and manage sending infrastructure
  • Partner with sales to sharpen messaging, surface competitive insights, and continuously refine our ideal customer profile

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, onboarding curricula, and training materials that help the sales team ramp quickly and sell more effectively
  • Maintain a centralized, organized library of sales collateral, templates, and enablement resources aligned to each stage of the sales cycle

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience required; Salesforce Administrator certification is a strong plus
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) and marketing automation workflows
  • Startup experience required - you are comfortable building from scratch, moving fast, and adapting when priorities shift

Cognitive and Physical Demands

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage priorities with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot independently, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic, growing organization
  • Strong analytical skills; able to build clear reports and translate data into insights that drive decisions
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable facilitating training with small groups and writing clear, professional copy
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
  • The ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time and lift at least 20 pounds.

Working Conditions

  • Fully remote position
  • VCR provides required computer equipment and monitors and partial reimbursement for internet service. Employees must maintain stable high-speed internet and a professional home office environment with minimal background noise to ensure effective communication and productivity.

Reasonable Accommodations

To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
