Experienced Parts Advisor Wanted

What You'll DoAs a key member of our Parts Department, you'll play an essential role in keeping our service operation running smoothly by:
- Working closely with the Parts Manager to source and order non-stock parts
- Managing special-order parts requests from start to finish
- Guiding customers through the parts sales process, from inquiry to invoicing
- Processing daily parts orders utilizing the CDK scanner system
- Pulling, organizing, and distributing parts to technicians and counter personnel
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and a well-organized stockroom
- Assisting retail customers and responding to incoming phone inquiries
- Performing accurate parts lookups and ensuring timely parts delivery and disbursement

Requirements: What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous dealership parts experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and receiving processes
- Experience with CDK software (required)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and phone skills
- A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age
