This is a fully remote opportunity to design, develop, and optimize mission-critical Workday integrations for enterprise clients.
You will combine technical expertise, business understanding, and consultative skills to deliver scalable integration solutions.
The role covers the full integration lifecycle, from requirements discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing updates.
You will work across multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with functional specialists, third-party vendors, product leads, and client stakeholders.
The position offers exposure to complex Workday environments and a broad range of integration technologies and patterns.
You will be encouraged to bring creativity to technical challenges while staying current with emerging Workday capabilities and industry practices.

• Participate in and, where appropriate, lead Workday integration projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into effective integration designs.
• Design, develop, and maintain different types of Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, and Workday Studio.
• Develop complex reports using BIRT to support integration and business requirements.
• Prepare technical designs, specifications, and supporting documentation for integration solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support successful deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with functional teams and third-party vendors during discovery, design, development, and implementation activities.
• Independently engage with external vendors and stakeholders when required to resolve integration requirements or technical challenges.
• Apply knowledge of Workday functional modules to ensure integrations align with broader business processes and system requirements.
• Stay current with emerging Workday technologies, integration capabilities, and relevant industry trends to support continuous improvement.

• Strong hands-on experience designing and developing Workday integrations in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCW, and/or Workday Studio.
• Demonstrated experience participating in or leading complex Workday integration projects from requirements through testing and delivery.
• Experience designing and developing complex reports using BIRT.
• Sound understanding of at least one Workday functional module and its relationship to integration requirements.
• Strong ability to work independently with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to work effectively with functional teams, technical specialists, product leads, and third-party vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to complex technical challenges.
• Workday certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and/or Studio are highly desirable.
• Exposure to or expertise in CCW, PECI, PICOF, and Workday Studio is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
