About the Role: As a Seasonal/Temporary Production Associate at Schwan Cosmetics USA — the world's leading private label cosmetic pencil manufacturer — you will support our manufacturing line by inspecting cosmetic pencils, cleaning and wiping down machines after each production batch, grading penciled material, hand packing products, creating boxes, and maintaining a clean and safe workstation in accordance with all company safety procedures.

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:50 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:50 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay & Growth: Starting at $15.00/hr. High-performing associates may be considered for conversion to permanent full-time employment through our Temporary-to-Hire pathway.

What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, ability to stand for extended periods, and a team-oriented attitude. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidates. Must be 18+.
