About the Role
Bohler's Mission Critical team serving, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of land development projects across multiple regions and jurisdictions. You'll provide senior client and stakeholder leadership while overseeing program execution, financial performance, schedules, quality, risk, team development, and consistency with client standards and organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Portfolio & Program Delivery: Lead and manage a portfolio of land development projects across multiple regions and jurisdictions, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with client standards and organizational goals; develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and delivery of production work, including administrative tasks and sites involved in projects and overall accounts
- Client & Stakeholder Leadership: Provide high-touch customer service that supports repeat business and continued market share; serve as a senior liaison among clients, agencies, and internal teams; and participate in high-level meetings with clients and municipalities to support smooth program delivery.
- Financial Performance: Oversee project financials to ensure budgets are met, and projects are delivered profitably; review and mark up monthly billing reports; and process or approve subconsultant invoices
- Quality & Compliance: Work with technical reviewers to ensure projects meet quality standards and review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Risk & Firmwide Consistency: Work with Senior and Project Managers, Regional and Branch Managers, Account Managers, and other stakeholders across the firm to maintain consistency in program execution and client service; proactively identify potential project risks, including RAD, and implement mitigation strategies
- People Leadership: Supervise and lead a team, provide mentorship, foster career development opportunities, manage performance, and support the development and growth of technical staff
- Business Development & Continuous Improvement: Represent Bohler at business development meetings and events; identify opportunities for process improvement and implement project management best practices; perform other duties as assigned; and comply with all policies and standards

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization, such as Civil Engineering, Business, or Program Management. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with extensive experience overseeing large, complex projects in the land development industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project, and other project management software such as Vantagepoint, Newforma, or similar platforms
- Experience compiling comprehensive civil site plan documents, engaging with regulatory agencies and review professionals, and coordinating permitting processes.
- Demonstrated client management skills, plus leadership and delegation skills with the ability to train and develop team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail while maintaining a consistent workflow and meeting deadlines
