About the Role

The Café Server provides friendly, efficient service during meal periods and helps maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment. This role supports front-of-house operations by ensuring guests have a positive experience and that service areas remain stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• Customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly and able to handle busy meal periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Reliable and able to follow directions

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with courtesy and professionalism
• Restock serving lines, desserts, condiments, and beverages
• Assist with simple plating or prep during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and tables
• Support end-of-shift cleaning and reset
• Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
