Job Description

Aquaheat New Zealand (ANZL) is one of New Zealand's most respected HVAC and mechanical project contractors. About the role:

As Site Foreman, you will oversee the day-to-day management of commercial plumbing sites, coordinating tradespeople, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and work programmes to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to New Zealand industry standards.

About you:

You are a practical, safety-focused site leader who communicates clearly, makes sound decisions and keeps people and delivery on track.

  • Proven site management or supervisory experience within the New Zealand plumbing industry
  • Strong practical knowledge of commercial plumbing installations, systems, and site operations
  • Experience coordinating plumbers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and project schedules
  • Sound understanding of relevant New Zealand plumbing standards, building requirements, and health and safety obligations
  • A relevant plumbing trade qualification and current New Zealand plumbing registration or licence, if required for the role
  • A current full manual New Zealand driver licence
