About the role:

As Site Foreman, you will oversee the day-to-day management of commercial plumbing sites, coordinating tradespeople, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and work programmes to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to New Zealand industry standards.

About you:

You are a practical, safety-focused site leader who communicates clearly, makes sound decisions and keeps people and delivery on track.

Proven site management or supervisory experience within the New Zealand plumbing industry
Strong practical knowledge of commercial plumbing installations, systems, and site operations
Experience coordinating plumbers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and project schedules
Sound understanding of relevant New Zealand plumbing standards, building requirements, and health and safety obligations
A relevant plumbing trade qualification and current New Zealand plumbing registration or licence, if required for the role
A current full manual New Zealand driver licence
