Working across sales, product, advertising, media, and game ecosystem teams, you will connect stakeholders and turn commercial opportunities into compelling proposals. The role combines strategic thinking, commercial consultancy, project coordination, and a strong understanding of sponsorship. You will work in an international, fast-paced environment where solutions are rarely standardized and initiative is highly valued. This is an opportunity to influence how leading gaming and esports properties create value for global and local brand partners.

Accountabilities
  • Orchestrate global and local brand partnership initiatives across the commercial portfolio.
  • Provide pricing and packaging consultancy, including value projections, exclusivity considerations, and partner deliverables.
  • Support client pitches by developing compelling commercial proposals aligned with business objectives and partner needs.
  • Analyze relevant commercial partnership data and communicate insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives throughout the pitch lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder alignment, visibility, and timely delivery.
  • Partner with Sales Development teams to identify and capitalize on category-specific and local partnership opportunities.
  • Serve as a central connection point between commercial, sales, product, advertising, media, and other teams to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide commercial consultancy for digital platform offerings and major esports properties, ensuring alignment across international commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with product and game ecosystem leads to develop innovative branding and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Challenge existing approaches and identify new ways to maximize the commercial value of gaming, esports, digital, and media properties.
  • Foster open communication, shared goals, and coordinated execution across departments.
  • Contribute to additional commercial strategy and operations projects, including creative, research, and planning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience organizing and coordinating multi-stakeholder pitches, projects, or commercial processes within an international business environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an adaptable, agile approach suited to fast-paced digital environments.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented, and innovative mindset with the confidence to challenge conventional approaches.
  • Understanding of the competitive esports landscape and familiarity with sponsorship ecosystems across esports, traditional sports, gaming, or entertainment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Product Management, Business Development, or a related field within sports, gaming, entertainment, or a comparable industry; relevant internship experience may also be considered.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and drive alignment.
  • Comfortable working with business and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Monday.com, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of an additional language, particularly German or Arabic, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to an international and highly collaborative team.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote working environment with the position officially based in the EU or UK.
  • Competitive annual base salary, with the stated range of €50,000–€60,000 for EU-based employees and £45,000–£50,000 in the UK, depending on location, experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact commercial initiatives within the esports and gaming industries.
  • Exposure to global and local brand partnerships and strategic sponsorship opportunities.
  • International, collaborative, and dynamic working environment.
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas and shape solutions rather than relying on standardized approaches.
  • Professional learning and development opportunities within a growing global organization.
  • Inclusive culture focused on collaboration, diversity, and equal opportunity.
