In this role, you’ll take the lead on preparing, reviewing, and managing client contracts that include legal land descriptions and confidential information. You’ll serve as a key partner to clients and internal teams ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience from start to finish.What You’ll Do

- Review deeds and trust documents to confirm legal property ownershipPrepare and manage farm management agreements and related government formsTranslate legal land descriptions using documentation and mapping toolsAct as the go-to resource for complex contract questions and escalationsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate system entry and reportingTrack, follow up, and secure executed documents from clientsSubmit required documentation to the Farm Service Agency (FSA)Maintain current regulatory forms (USDA, IRS, etc.)Communicate with clients regarding ownership changes, estate transitions, and updates
- Associate’s degree in Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in real estate or title processing. Contract processing experience, a plus.Strong customer service and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workProficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with database systems a plus)
