Patient Services Coordinator

SynergenX | $20/hour | Full-Time | Paid Training + Benefits

Be the Face of the Patient Experience!

Are you energetic, organized, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced medical environment where you can stay busy, build relationships, and make a difference in a patient’s day?

SynergenX, Low T Center, and HerKare are leading providers of hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and targeted wellness services — and we’re looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our growing team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves customer service, enjoys working with people, and wants to build or grow a career in the healthcare field.

We provide two weeks of paid training, great benefits, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding healthcare organization!

What You’ll Do

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the patient experience. You’ll be one of the first people our patients see when they walk through the door and a key part of keeping the clinic running smoothly.

You’ll help patients from check-in to check-out, answer questions, coordinate appointments, assist with billing and insurance, collect payments, and support the clinical team throughout the day.

If you enjoy staying busy, multitasking, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for patients, this could be a great fit for you.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude and create a positive first impression

  • Check patients in and assist with rooming them for appointments

  • Help create a smooth and efficient patient experience from arrival through check-out

  • Review and explain patient billing, insurance coverage, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and out-of-pocket costs

  • Confidently and compassionately answer patient questions related to insurance and account balances

  • Enter and update patient demographics, insurance information, and account details accurately

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

  • Schedule appointments, direct calls, and take detailed messages when needed

  • Monitor and respond to clinic emails, text messages, and faxes throughout the day

  • Collect and process patient payments accurately

  • Maintain accurate daily End-of-Day records and complete bank deposits twice weekly

  • Assist with bi-monthly inventory and keep clinic supplies organized

  • Keep snacks, supplements, and patient areas stocked and presentable

  • Support providers and clinic staff with administrative and clerical needs

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings as needed

  • Protect patient confidentiality and remain compliant with HIPAA and clinic policies

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, confident, detail-oriented, and ready to work!

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate degree preferred, but not required

  • Previous healthcare, medical office, front desk, or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable discussing payments, insurance benefits, and patient account information

  • Ability to handle confidential patient information with professionalism

  • Basic computer skills and comfort using email, electronic records, fax systems, and other office technology

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team

  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check

  • Must be able to work 2–3 Saturdays per month
