Job Description
ATS Welding is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction and welding company with a commitment to safety and quality. We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across the industrial and energy sectors.
We are currently seeking skilled employees to support our crews in coordinating our on-site safety needs. If you’re hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to play a key role in our growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and and other regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
• Develop and deliver safety training as directed for employees
• Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist with Operator Qualifications training programs.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures on-site
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents

• Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and procedures
• Familiarity with occupational health standards and practices
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Certification in EHS or related field is a plus
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized work environment
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
