It’s an opportunity to help define a distinctive visual presence across an ambitious and rapidly expanding global events program.

  • Present creative thinking and design rationale clearly to internal stakeholders, external partners, and project teams.
  • Coordinate and delegate work to junior designers, artworkers, and external creative partners when appropriate.
  • Produce production-ready artwork and final files in line with project specifications.
  • Explore and integrate AI tools into the creative and design process to improve ideation, execution, and overall workflow efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven professional design experience with a strong conceptual foundation and a portfolio demonstrating work from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Strong understanding of spatial design, architecture, and environmental graphics, with a genuine interest in how visual communication interacts with physical space and materiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing for experiential marketing, events, trade shows, environmental graphics, or physical brand activations is highly valuable.
  • Strong interest in AI and confidence incorporating AI-powered tools into creative workflows.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain and advocate for creative ideas.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with internal and external creative partners.
  • Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to plan projects, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • Comfortable delegating and coordinating work with junior designers, artworkers, and external partners when required.
  • Adaptability and curiosity, with an ability to translate a visual identity across different applications, environments, cultures, and markets.
