What You’ll Do

Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized rehabilitative programs targeting mobility, pain relief, and functional recovery.
Guide and mentor dedicated support staff, including Physical Therapy Technicians and PTAs, ensuring a seamless patient journey.
Serve as an orthopedic expert, identifying clinical flags and actively consulting with referring physicians when a patient's care trajectory needs a combined reassessment.

What we’re looking for

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
Licensure: Current or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.
Mindset: An interactive team player who loves orthopedics and sports medicine, values continuous career growth, and communicates flawlessly with both families and orthopedic medical staff.
