Gatewood Apartments, A 120-unit property is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who knows how to troubleshoot, repair, and keep a property running smoothly.

Youll handle everything from resident service requests and apartment turns to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general property repairs. If you take pride in doing quality work and want a company that promotes from within, wed like to meet you.

WHAT YOULL GET:

• $25.00$27.00/HR DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshooting
• Turn/make-ready apartments
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and water heaters
• Handle drywall, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Keep tools and work areas organized
• Participate in rotating on-call approximately 1 week every 2 weeks

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• MondayFriday availability, 8AM4:30PM plus on-call rotation
