ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Part-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Clinton, MD.

Looking for an opportunity to do meaningful clinical work without a full-time commitment? You'll help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and get back to the activities they enjoy while working alongside a collaborative outpatient clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a PT who values individualized patient care and wants a more flexible schedule while remaining connected to a supportive clinical environment.

What you'll want to know

• Compensation: $50.00-$55.00/hour based on experience.
• Schedule: Part-time, with hours and scheduling flexibility based on clinic needs and availability.
• Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy | Clinton, MD. This is an onsite clinical position.
• Work environment: Outpatient physical therapy clinic treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. You'll collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team while managing a caseload appropriate to your scheduled hours.

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's goals, progress, and functional needs.
• Educate patients on their recovery, helping them build confidence and take an active role in their care.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians to deliver a consistent, positive patient experience.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in team collaboration and professional development opportunities.

Required

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Interest in continuing education, clinical development, and collaborative patient care.
