Evening Cleaning Contractor – Multiple Locations

Southern Oregon Chiropractic is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented independent contractor to clean our 6 locations. This is a steady, part-time evening opportunity for someone who takes pride in leaving a space spotless.

The Details

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Hours: approx. 15–20 hours per week
• Schedule: Evenings, generally starting around 6:30 PM, with flexible hours to fit your routine
• Position type: Independent contractor (1099)

What You'll Do
You'll visit each of our 6 locations twice a week. A standard clean takes about 1 hour per location and follows a consistent routine so every location is left in the same clean, ready-to-use condition.

Standard Cleaning (each visit)

• Restrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets inside and out, including the seat, bowl, base, and handle. Clean sinks, faucets, and mirrors, and wipe down stall walls and door handles. Restock toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
• Counters and surfaces: Wipe down and sanitize countertops, tables, desks, and break room surfaces. Clean high-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and railings.
• Floors: Sweep or vacuum all floors, paying attention to corners and under furniture, then mop hard floors with an appropriate cleaner so they're left clean and streak-free.
• Trash: Empty all trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and take garbage to the designated disposal area.
• Final check: Do a quick walk-through before leaving to make sure everything is tidy, supplies are stocked, lights are off, and doors are locked.

Detail Cleaning (remaining hours)
The rest of your weekly hours are spent on deeper tasks that rotate between locations, such as:

• Dusting blinds, window sills, baseboards, and shelves
• Washing windows inside and out as needed
• Helping with laundry, including washing, drying, and folding towels and linens
• Other detail cleaning as needed, like spot-cleaning walls or cleaning inside appliances

Supplies
We provide all paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). Contractors supply their own cleaning products and equipment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience (commercial or residential) preferred
• Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Trustworthy, as you'll have access to our locations after hours
