Position Summary
The Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to help daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for maintaining records, handling correspondence, answering phones, assisting customers or visitors, entering data, and supporting staff with routine office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet visitors, or staff and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
· Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
· Prepare, type, copy, scan, file, and organize documents, forms, letters, reports, and records.
· Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
· Maintain physical and electronic records in accordance with office procedures and confidentiality requirements.
· Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
· Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and phones.
· Provide general administrative support to supervisors, managers, and other team members.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
· Basic knowledge of office procedures, filing systems, and recordkeeping practices.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to assist with routine office needs.
· Comfort using Microsoft Office applications or similar business software.

Requirements:· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous clerical, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
· Basic computer skills, including experience with email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
· Ability to type, file, organize records, and enter data accurately.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
· Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
