Warehouse Lead (3rd Shift) in Totowa, New Jersey at New Cibo Vita LLC

CiboVita is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the warehouse team in achieving productivity, quality, and safety goals. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has forklift operating experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise warehouse associates during daily operations.
Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
Verify inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Train, coach, and support new and existing warehouse employees.
Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Coordinate with production, quality, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate operational issues to management.
Assist with scheduling and daily workflow planning as needed.

Qualifications;
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory software.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) warehouse experience.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
Experience with Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
