You'll have the autonomy to make meaningful technical decisions while contributing to products used by organizations around the world.

Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend applications using modern web technologies.
  • Lead frontend architecture decisions and contribute to the evolution of scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features from ideation through production.
  • Build clean, modular, well-tested, and maintainable code that supports long-term scalability and reliability.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, WebSocket services, and backend systems while ensuring optimal performance.
  • Perform code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and mentor fellow engineers to promote technical excellence.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Contribute to frontend security, browser compatibility, and modern development workflows across the engineering organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience building high-quality frontend web applications.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend architecture.
  • Experience with Next.js, Server Components, state management solutions such as Jtai (or similar), Storybook, Jest, and modern CSS solutions.
  • Solid understanding of browser APIs, web performance optimization, debugging, and systems design.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSocket APIs, and backend services; familiarity with gRPC is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web security principles, including CSP, CORS, JWT authentication, and browser security best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, collaborate across distributed teams, and lead technical initiatives.
  • Experience with Chrome Extension APIs, Web Workers, or blockchain technologies such as Solana is advantageous, as is familiarity with Figma and user-centered design principles.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with meaningful equity participation.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible working hours.
  • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Company-provided laptop and home office equipment allowance.
  • Two company-sponsored off-site events each year.
  • Opportunity to work with modern technologies in an innovative financial technology environment.
  • High-autonomy culture that encourages ownership, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven team focused on innovation, craftsmanship, and professional growth.
