• Design, develop, and deliver robust data solutions that support business needs and customer requirements.
• Create and optimize complex SQL solutions, including queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to improve data processing and performance.
• Develop Python-based solutions and automation workflows to enhance data delivery processes and operational efficiency.
• Design and configure integrations with internal and external systems while ensuring reliable data flow across platforms.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using multiple data sources to support business decision-making.
• Provide technical consultation, participate in project discussions, and recommend effective design approaches for successful delivery.
• Perform code reviews, peer reviews, unit testing, and defect resolution to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and act as a key escalation point for data delivery challenges.
• Lead and mentor Data Delivery Engineers by providing guidance, training, and support to foster technical growth.
• Coordinate project deliverables, priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in client-facing discussions and serve as a subject matter expert for technical topics.
• Support audits, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of technical experience, including significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-level data solutions.
• 1–2 years of experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineering professionals.
• Strong expertise in SQL development, including complex queries, database optimization, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational database technologies.
• Proven experience with Python programming for data engineering, automation, and solution development.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and large-scale database management.
• Experience working with data integration processes and optimizing performance for large datasets.
• Knowledge of technologies such as XML, XSLT, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Experience creating interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Strong data visualization skills, including experience with tools such as Plotly, are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Experience in clinical trials, healthcare technology, or regulated industries is considered an advantage.
