No boring corporate content. We're building Gradion's TikTok from zero, and we need someone who's always saving trends, filming everything, and thinking, "This would make a great video." If creating content is already your thing, come turn it into your internship.
There's no channel to inherit and no old playbook to follow, so you'll shape what Gradion sounds like and looks like to people discovering us for the first time. You'll also support video content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, helping grow engagement and reach on every channel it touches. Every video you post is a direct contribution to how far our employer brand travels.
What You Will Build:- Gradion's TikTok account, launched and growing, with a content rhythm and an audience that actually shows up.
- A library of short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube that people want to watch.
- A production workflow, from brief to shoot to edit to publish, that runs without anyone holding your hand.
- Concept, script, shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Build and run Gradion's TikTok content strategy, centered on employer brand, culture and tech thought leadership.
- Turn existing content, blog posts, case studies, events, into video people actually stop scrolling for.
- Track what's working per channel and use the data to sharpen the next batch of content.
- Jump in on social content, campaign assets and general content production with the wider marketing team.
- Pitch your own content ideas and formats. If you see a trend worth jumping on, you own that call.
- A portfolio or an active channel that proves you can actually shoot and edit, this is non-negotiable.
- Comfort in CapCut, Premiere Pro or an equivalent editing tool.
- A real feel for how TikTok, Reels and Shorts behave, what makes people stop, watch and share.
- A sharp eye for visuals and the kind of attention to detail that catches a bad cut before anyone else does.
- Good English, written and spoken.
- Fresh graduate or final-year student welcome, we care more about your reel than your resume.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience running or growing a personal TikTok, YouTube or Instagram channel.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up scripting, editing or content generation.
- An interest in tech, startups or employer branding content.

Working time: Monday – Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
