Territory Account Manager
Location: Little Rock, AR (Corporate)

Reports To: Director of Sales
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Territory Account Manager** to join our team. This role is focused on driving sales of Staley’s integrated solutions to End Users and Contractors across the state of Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be based out of our corporate office in Little Rock, AR, and will play a key role in expanding our market presence while building strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
· Identify and engage with End Users and Contractors to promote and sell Staley’s integrated solutions.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing
tailored solutions.
· Attend local industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Staley Technologies and
build brand awareness
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new
business opportunities.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in technology or integrated solutions.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Familiarity with the Arkansas market and a willingness to travel within the state as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
