Hourly Pay Range: $19.73 - $29.10

Qualifications:
Education:
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved training course for Dental Assistants.
Experience:
  • Must have at least one to two (1-2) years of dental assistant experience working with adult and child population, preferably in a clinic setting.
Certification/Licensure:
  • Requires Dental Radiography and Coronal Polishing certification with the State of Arizona.
  • Requires BLS. A BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center is preferred and will be required within 3 months.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Must possess knowledge of dental office and dental operative assistance techniques as well as knowledge of principles and methods of sterilizing instruments, oral hygiene techniques, methods, processed, materials, instruments and equipment used in making dental appliances.
  • Must be able to work with a diverse population.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
