Graphic and Motion Designer - Latam
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Motion Designer with minimum 5+ years experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for various digital projects, including explainer videos, social media content, and marketing materials.
This role will require a strong understanding of motion design principles, excellent photo retouching skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
This role is about marketing content related works, not branding.
Responsibilities: Graphic design:
- Design compelling and engaging visual assets using Figma/Illustrator.
- Create layouts for various applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Prepare assets for animation, including illustration layers, icons, and motion graphics elements.
- Resize and adjust graphics for optimal display across different platforms.
- Create digital banners for A/B testing
Photo editing:
- Utilize advanced photo editing techniques in Photoshop to retouch images at an exceptional level, maintaining a natural and professional look.
- Prepare photos for use in video and graphic design projects.
Video editing:
- Work collaboratively with the team to edit ads.
- Recreate existing screens and UI for animation purposes.
- Assist with storyboarding and concept development for motion graphics projects.
AI-generation:
- Advanced usage of ai-tools for content generation.
- Higgsfield, KlingAi, Midjourney, Gemini suite.
- JSON based prompting.
- Claude & OpenAI experience with skills and agents.
- Conduct research and source people photos, videos and music for projects.
- Manage and maintain a well-organized asset library.
- Adapt layouts and graphics for different countries, considering cultural sensitivities.
- Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Design printed materials such as banners, stickers, and flyers in Adobe Illustrator.
- Print preparation of the files (raster images, fonts, bleeds, color modes etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design, photo editing, and ai usage
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 level).
