Job Description

Job Summary: As an Online E-Marketplace Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts within a set of online e-marketplace platforms, including Amazon Vendor Central. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales and revenue growth by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and leveraging the e-marketplace's resources and capabilities to create and manage product listings and executing to promotional calendars. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners, to drive account growth and meet or exceed sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules may be subject to change in order to meet company needs and business requirements. Duties include:

Sales Execution

• Responsible for Sales revenue delivered Weekly Quarterly and Annually, for a select set of pureplay and retail marketplaces

• End-to-end development of campaign calendar & execution of ad and promo campaigns

• Daily optimization & monitoring of campaigns

• Manage cost of acquisition by Optimizing spend and maintain gross margin

Daily Platform Operations

• Create and manage product listings on the specific marketplaces

• Collect & analyze data sales by Brand, Category, Program, and SKU.

• Maintain pricing and price-positions of own and competition products by Brand and By Category

• Monitor share of search & shelf for category keywords, work with analytics team for marketing insights; Buy box monitoring for SKUs on a daily basis

• Monitor & charter status of customer reviews

• Identify & create cross category and combo opportunities basis peer performance

• Maintain the growth funnel by channel – and plan to optimize across each part of the funnel

• Manage supply and ensure on-time fulfillment of orders

• Manage customer ratings and feedback

Key account relationship management

• Manage a set of Pureplay and retail marketplaces including Amazon Vendor Central

• Setup regular reviews to jointly monitor performance with stakeholders from key accounts

• Maintain key relationships with the category managers in the accounts, ensure org mapping and regular interlocks

Accountability, Authority, & Responsibility: Directly supervises 0 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Should motivate, guide and advice to the entire team at the appropriate time to combat challenges and trouble shoot on day to day basis. Provide adequate resources to the team for performing their day to day duties and responsibility. Adequately recognize and appreciate the contributions made by the team. Coach subordinates while executing job responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

• 3-5 Years of experience in handling pureplay marketplaces

• Experience in managing product listings/keyword-analysis on Amazon Vendor Central

• Graduate degree / Masters Degree

Language Skills: Strong communicator with ability to express point of view with confidence. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have standard computer skills including use of e-mail, use of word processing, presentation and spread sheet tools. Should be familiar with storage of files and data security.

Remote employees who are commuting to the corporate office in the same

Geographical area (50 miles) as they reside in will not be reimbursed for commuting time, transportation costs, or meals. Commutes and personal meals are reimbursable expenses only when traveling outside of the employees’ residential or corporate metropolitan area (50 miles). However, these employees should notice a considerable savings in items such as monthly commuting costs, office attire, meals, etc.
