- Support end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) activities by tracking software usage, maintaining licensing records, and ensuring compliance with internal and vendor requirements.
- Administer and update the SAM tool and licensing database, ensuring accurate documentation of entitlements, contracts, and usage data.
- Analyze software requests and approvals, validating availability, compliance, and alignment with organizational licensing policies.
- Monitor software installations, subscriptions, and usage patterns to identify compliance risks and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure adherence to software licensing standards and support audits or compliance reviews.
- Assist in generating dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics for stakeholders across regions.
- Support software optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, license rationalization, and process improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SAM processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and support decision-making processes.
- Basic understanding of software licensing concepts, IT asset management, or enterprise IT environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, and ability to work with data entry and reporting systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately and consistently.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural global teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
