Job Description
Video & Multimedia Producer
Qualifications
Last Energy seeks a Video & Multimedia Producer to lead the end-to-end creation of compelling video content that brings our mission, projects, and technical innovations to life. This role will focus primarily on owning the full production pipeline - from concept through delivery - across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and executive communications, while also contributing to broader content initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Produce and direct high-quality video content for web, social, press, events, and executive presentations
- Own the full production lifecycle, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, shoot coordination, and on-site direction
- Edit and finish video content for digital channels, including cuts, color, captions, graphics, sound design, and motion graphics
- Develop shot lists, production schedules, and visual briefs that align with campaign goals and brand standards
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and visually dynamic storytelling
- Ensure all video content aligns with Last Energy's voice, visual identity, and regulatory requirements
- Create various multimedia to support video and social media campaigns
- Other duties as assigned
- 2–3 years of experience in video production, digital media, or a related field
- Strong command of end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to manage production timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines
- Creative, collaborative, and adaptable working style with a strong visual sensibility
- Copywriting & graphic design skills are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field
- Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
