You will design and manage end-to-end market research projects, from questionnaire development and fieldwork oversight to advanced analysis and compelling reporting. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of market research projects while ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and actionable insights. You will combine analytical depth with storytelling to turn data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end research project execution, including questionnaire and discussion guide design, sampling strategy, and fieldwork management.
- Oversee data collection processes and ensure strict quality control across quantitative and qualitative research streams.
- Analyze research findings, identify key insights, and translate results into clear, compelling narratives.
- Develop high-quality reports and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to timelines, priorities, and deliverable quality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and provide strategic recommendations based on research outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior researchers in project execution, analysis, and client management practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of research methodologies, tools, and reporting standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on market research experience, client-facing confidence, and the ability to turn complex datasets into meaningful stories. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
- 5+ years of hands-on market research experience, ideally within a supplier-side or consulting environment.
- Proven experience in questionnaire design, data analysis planning, sampling, and fieldwork management.
- Strong ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and extract actionable insights.
- Experience creating high-quality research reports and visual storytelling deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior researchers is highly valued.
- Familiarity with modern market research methodologies and tools is a strong plus.
- Exposure to qualitative moderation techniques (e.g., interviews or focus groups) is an advantage.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $85,000 to $110,000 USD, depending on experience and skills.
