- Lead the development and execution of real estate growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and development of new real estate opportunities.
- Direct all phases of development projects, including planning, entitlements, design coordination, budgeting, construction oversight, and project delivery.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
- Evaluate market trends, financial performance, and investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, risk management plans, and performance metrics.
- Provide executive leadership to development teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive leadership experience in real estate development, portfolio expansion, construction, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record managing complex development projects from acquisition through completion.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and project underwriting.
- Deep understanding of real estate markets, site selection, entitlement processes, zoning regulations, and development economics.
- Exceptional strategic planning and business development capabilities.
