Accountabilities:

Lead end-to-end web content strategy and content design, creating clear, structured, and on-brand digital experiences across complex and technical topics.

  • Design and produce web pages and content layouts that balance usability, clarity, brand consistency, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and content teams to translate requirements into effective content solutions and structured web experiences.
  • Apply UX, SEO, and information architecture principles to optimize content structure, readability, and performance.
  • Manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously, ensuring strong organization, prioritization, and timely delivery across projects.
  • Use analytics, user behavior data, and search insights to continuously refine content effectiveness and improve engagement.
  • Work within component-based design systems and modular CMS environments while maintaining creativity and consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to brand voice, tone, and content standards across all digital experiences.
Requirements:

Bring strong experience in digital content strategy and web design, with the ability to translate complex B2B or technical information into clear, user-friendly web experiences.

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, web content design, or digital experience creation.
  • Strong experience building and publishing web pages using modern CMS platforms and component-based design systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, clarify requirements, and present structured solutions.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO fundamentals, and information architecture best practices.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working closely with design and development teams.
  • Experience using analytics tools and performance data to guide content optimization decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Comfortable working with basic HTML/CSS concepts to support collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Ability to maintain consistent tone of voice while simplifying complex technical content for B2B audiences.
Benefits:
  • Competitive contract compensation
  • Remote-first flexibility within the United States
  • Opportunity to work on high-visibility, content-rich digital experiences
  • Collaborative environment with design, product, and engineering teams
  • Exposure to modern design systems and scalable CMS architectures
  • Professional growth in UX-driven content strategy and digital experience design
