This role is focused on driving measurable growth through data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple performance channels. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing lower-funnel paid media campaigns that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and revenue performance for global eCommerce and B2C/B2B clients. The environment is highly analytical and fast-paced, where decisions are guided by data, experimentation, and continuous optimization. You will work across major advertising platforms to execute, monitor, and refine campaigns while ensuring strong ROI outcomes. The role offers exposure to international clients and complex multi-channel strategies, making it ideal for someone eager to grow in performance marketing. You will collaborate with experienced teams in a structured yet agile setup that values ownership and continuous learning.
- Manage end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across lower-funnel channels for diverse clients.
- Set up and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and retargeting strategies aligned with client ROI and revenue goals.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing insights, performance trends, and optimization recommendations.
- Ensure ongoing campaign quality control and alignment with client objectives.
- Develop technical expertise in PPC and share learnings with team members to improve overall performance capabilities.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media roles.
- Basic understanding of PPC, search engine advertising (SEA), and social media advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns independently.
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
