Middle Full Stack Engineer for Relay in UK at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Middle Full Stack Engineer for Relay based in United Kingdom.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of a high-traffic fintech platform used by tens of thousands of business users. You will focus on building and maintaining internal tools that enhance developer experience while supporting the continuous delivery of new features across a complex React-based ecosystem. Working within cross-functional product teams, you will help integrate contributions from multiple engineering groups into a unified, production-ready system. This is a fully remote position within a collaborative and engineering-driven environment where modern practices such as async communication, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development are actively embraced. You will join a team that values clean architecture, strong technical ownership, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving product organization.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance a React-based platform that enables internal and cross-team feature development.
• Contribute to the integration of features delivered by other engineering teams into a unified production system.
• Support and execute release processes, ensuring stable, reliable, and timely deployment of updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve developer experience and streamline internal workflows.
• Participate in the design and implementation of scalable frontend and backend solutions using modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and performance optimization practices to ensure code quality and system stability.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery cycles.
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing practices, and adherence to engineering standards.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Frontend Engineer, with strong expertise in React.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern ES6+ features.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software delivery workflows.
• Familiarity with backend integration concepts, REST APIs, and real-time data communication (e.g., WebSockets).
• Experience working with modern frontend state management and tooling (e.g., Redux, RTK Query, or similar).
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, clean code principles, and performance optimization.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency and fluent Ukrainian language skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in distributed, remote-first teams.
