  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and technical discrepancies in a timely and structured manner.
  • Support network modernization initiatives, including fiber, wireless, and 5G infrastructure deployments.
  • Conduct technical analysis using industry-standard tools to inform integration strategies and decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and interoperability standards across all systems.
  • Coordinate integration efforts involving external providers, including commercial internet service providers where applicable.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in systems integration, network integration, or similar roles supporting complex IT or enterprise network environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale systems integration efforts of comparable scope and complexity.
  • Proven experience supporting network modernization in multi-vendor environments.
  • Active DoD 8570 Baseline and CE certifications required.
  • Advanced vendor-specific certification required (e.g., CCIE or equivalent expert-level certification such as Nokia 5G Expert).
  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, infrastructure integration, and systems interoperability.
  • Experience conducting technical analysis using industry tools to support engineering and integration decisions.
  • Prior experience working within or supporting DoD environments strongly preferred, including familiarity with defense-grade cybersecurity requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with external service providers and managing cross-organizational technical dependencies.
  • Active Secret clearance or higher required.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills in complex technical environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within CONUS and OCONUS regions.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, certifications, and technical expertise
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and flexible leave options

  • Professional development and certification reimbursement opportunities
  • Referral bonus programs
  • Opportunity to work on mission-critical defense and national security programs
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel requirements.
