• Lead the technical architecture and evolution of core AI-powered application-building services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Design, build, and optimize distributed backend systems supporting AI-driven application generation, content creation, deployment pipelines, and domain publishing.
• Develop and maintain high-performance services using Go, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, vector databases, Cloudflare technologies, and microservices architecture.
• Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) workflows, including embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, and AI reasoning pipelines.
• Improve platform observability through monitoring, structured logging, tracing, and performance optimization while maintaining high availability and operational excellence.
• Implement AI safety mechanisms, structured outputs, retrieval guardrails, verification layers, and governance practices to improve model reliability and reduce hallucinations.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, architecture reviews, and collaborative problem-solving while promoting engineering best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps, deliver innovative AI capabilities, and support production operations through incident response and on-call participation.

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience, including designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Go (Golang) and experience developing backend services with Node.js and NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare KV, or comparable serverless and edge computing platforms.
• Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, distributed systems, and high-throughput data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, query optimization, and transactional data modeling.
• Practical experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and generative AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with frontend architecture concepts, particularly Vue.js, along with an understanding of modern UI/UX principles.
• Experience implementing observability, monitoring, incident management, and production reliability practices.
• Knowledge of AI safety techniques including prompt engineering, structured generation, grounding, verification layers, and hallucination mitigation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence technical direction in cross-functional environments.
