Night Janitor, Full-Time | 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM in Chesterfield, Missouri at Friendship Village

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Night Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members. This role is essential to ensuring our community remains well-maintained and comfortable for everyone who calls Friendship Village home.

• Full-Time

• Sunday–Thursday

• Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, restrooms, offices, and public spaces

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas

• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners

• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed

• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and according to established procedures

• Follow infection prevention, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines

• Work independently while providing excellent customer service to residents and team members

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not required

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, environmental services, or commercial cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
