This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Executivo de Contas - Viagens Corporativas based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity for a commercially driven professional to help companies optimize their corporate travel management through a modern technology solution.
You will be responsible for building relationships with prospects, understanding their business challenges, and presenting tailored solutions that create measurable value.
Working in a remote, collaborative, and high-growth environment, you will have autonomy to manage your pipeline and influence revenue growth.
The position combines consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and relationship management with a strong focus on customer success.
You will partner with internal teams to improve sales processes and contribute to the expansion of a fast-growing digital platform.

Accountabilities:

As an Executivo de Contas - Viagens Corporativas, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. The role requires a consultative approach, strong pipeline management, and the ability to understand customer needs to position the right solutions.

  • Conduct discovery meetings and online product demonstrations focused on corporate travel solutions.
  • Prospect new companies and identify opportunities within existing business networks to generate revenue.
  • Understand prospects’ current travel processes and challenges to recommend solutions that deliver business value.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and progression of opportunities through each stage.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including activities, sales cadences, account information, and next steps.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and adapt sales strategies according to different customer profiles.
  • Apply consultative sales methodologies to overcome objections and support successful negotiations.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with experience in consultative selling, business development, and remote sales environments. You should be organized, results-oriented, and motivated by continuous learning and growth in a fast-paced technology-driven market.

  • Experience selling corporate travel solutions or products related to the travel management industry.
  • Previous experience with consultative sales and/or business development.
  • Experience conducting remote sales meetings through video calls.
  • Strong knowledge of SPIN Selling methodology.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High autonomy and ownership mindset, with the ability to manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Flexibility to adapt sales approaches to different stakeholders and customer needs.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Experience with complex sales processes and technology solutions.
  • Previous experience in startups or SaaS companies.
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles (30+ days).
  • Familiarity with B2B software platforms and digital transformation solutions.
