Are you a natural relationship-builder who also loves a clean, organized file? The DeLong Co. is looking for an experienced Producer Enrollment Manager to drive sign-ups for our 45Z and related sustainability programs — someone who can build trust with producers, close enrollments, and keep every piece of documentation audit-ready. This is a career-level position with real ownership, strong benefits, and room to grow.
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time salaried position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate producer meetings, field days, and industry events outside of typical business hours. Enrollment season brings a heavier travel and meeting schedule as you work to meet acreage and sign-up goals, including some evenings and occasional weekends around grower events.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
As Producer Enrollment Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sustainability program's growth — from recruiting producers to keeping their paperwork airtight. Day to day, you will:
- Identify, contact, and enroll producers into the 45Z and related sustainability programs, communicating program value and closing sign-ups to meet acreage and enrollment targets
- Guide producers through the enrollment and documentation process, collecting and organizing required forms, practice records, and verification materials
- Maintain an accurate filing and tracking system for enrollments and documentation status so every producer and acre meets Treasury reporting standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled producers — answering questions, resolving documentation gaps, and building relationships that support renewal and retention
- Submit information for reports and audits, and assign and track program incentive payments
- Communicate program information and updates to current and prospective producers
- Represent the company at industry events, field days, and grower meetings to generate leads and enrollments
- Communicate with external agencies (USDA, NRCS, FSA, and program partners) to collect necessary documents and information
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- Demonstrated sales, recruitment, or producer-facing relationship skills, with the ability to drive sign-ups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite, AI tools, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to read technical program documents and translate requirements clearly for a customer base
- College degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience in sales, file keeping, inventory management, or data management
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet and enroll producers
- Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk
Preferred:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or producer enrollment
- Experience with sustainable agriculture programs
- Prior agriculture industry experience
