Location: Loveland, Colorado
About Us: We are a custom cabinet manufacturer based in Loveland, Colorado seeking a dependable, hardworking full-time Bench and Assembly personnel to join our team.
Summary:
This is a physically active position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a professional team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to read and understand shop drawings/work orders (with training).
- Must be able to select appropriate lumber to complete jobs.
- Ability to set up and use machinery associated with most woodworking shops (table saw/shaper/jointer/planer).
- Must be able to take directions from the plant manager.
- Make independent judgement in assembly procedures.
- Possess excellent math skills to perform job.
- Able to accurately read a tape measure and calipers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, and public groups. Spanish proficiency preferred.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Strong computer proficiencies are essential must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite as well as project management programs.
