Position Overview:
This individual will assist in originating, structuring, and closing Heavy Duty, Work Truck Dealers, Vocational and Trailer Dealerships loans and leases.

The incumbent must understand, abide and uphold the system of internal controls related to the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as primary support for the assigned Director of Sales and VP of Sales
- Manage a high velocity of transaction flow with a goal to provide the best-in-class customer experience
- Manage credit application workflow by frequently monitoring electronic queues/emails submitted by sales and/or business partners to proactively ensure all needs are met in an orderly and professional manner
- Responsible for being a trusted contact and sales support liaison between business partners, and MHCA credit and operations teams
- Know and understand the MHCA value proposition, our products and services
- Work with all internal disciplines (credit, operations, and accounting) to ensure smooth on-boarding of new dealers, upfitters and OEM’s
- Work together with Director of Sales to bring transactions to completion in an expedient manner
- Initiate follow up calls to internal/external business partners and third-party vendors to obtain missing information on active transactions
- Perform other related duties assigned by VP of Sales to achieve territory goals
- Initiate calls to prospective dealers and customers
KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators):
- Achieve target volume for Fiscal Year 2026 (to be determined by management)
- Achieve NIM target (to be determined by management)

- Proven track record to originate volume from approved Transportation Dealerships
- Strong knowledge of underwriting, structuring and documentary requirements required by credit

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Tools and Equipment Used:
- Personal computer, copier, fax, phone and other office equipment
- Ability to use virtual meeting software
Working Hours:
- Hours may vary and will require evening work depending on business needs
- This is a hybrid position; 3 days in office

The position is exempt and the salary will be between $62,000 - $72,000 with an opportunity to earn a sales commission.
The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience and education.
